Coaching, built around your week

I write your plan, I review your training videos, and I adjust the plan every week based on your check-in. Everything runs online through the client app — you train where you are, on your schedule, and I coach you through all of it.

The price, up front

$300 / month

Billed monthly. My minimum commitment is 12 weeks, so your first three months come to $900. No discounts, no upsells on the call — this is the price.

  • Application first. I read it myself and reply within two days.
  • Nothing is charged before our call. The call is free, about 30 minutes, and we both decide.
  • 12 spots, total. When they're full, applications join a waitlist.
  • After 12 weeks, stay month to month or stop at the end of any month. No cancellation fee.

What's included

Everything in 1:1 coaching

A plan written for you

I build it around the days you can train, the equipment you have, and your current level. If a week goes sideways, I change the plan instead of letting it pile up.

Video form checks

Film your main sets and send them in the app. I review them and tell you what to fix — grip, position, tempo — and why it matters.

Weekly check-in

A short form every week: sessions done, weight, wins, problems. I read it and update your next week from it. No check-in, no adjustment — that's the deal.

Progressions at your level

Calisthenics gets harder by changing leverage and position, not just adding weight. I always give you the version of the movement you can do cleanly — then I make it harder as you earn it.

Nutrition targets

I set calorie and protein targets that fit how you already eat, and check them against your check-in weight. No rigid meal plans you're expected to follow perfectly.

Direct message access

Message me in the app between sessions with questions. You talk to me — not an assistant, not a support desk.

How delivery works

No live sessions to schedule

During the week

You train and film

Your plan is in the client app with a demo video for every movement. Film your top sets on your phone.

Any time

You send the videos

Upload your clips and questions through the app. I review form checks as they come in.

Once a week

Check in, get adjusted

Fill in the weekly check-in. I read it, review your numbers, and your updated plan is ready for Monday.

This is how I give 12 clients real attention without living on video calls — and you never have to match my calendar to train. You train on your schedule; I coach on the footage.

Is it a fit?

Who this works for

Good fit if

  • You can train at least three days a week
  • You've trained on your own and progress has stalled
  • You have a specific target — first pull-up, muscle-up, front lever, handstand
  • You'll film your sets and check in every week
  • You can commit to 12 weeks at $300/month

Not a fit if

  • You want a fixed plan to follow alone — one of my programs does that job for a one-time payment
  • You expect visible change in four weeks
  • You won't film sets or check in
  • You're training through an injury that hasn't been cleared

Terms, up front

The commitment

  • $300 a month. Billed monthly. Your first 12 weeks come to $900 across three payments.
  • 12-week minimum. Strength changes take that long to measure honestly. I don't sell shorter.
  • 12 spots. I write every plan myself. When the spots are full, applications go on a waitlist.
  • Application first, call second. Nothing is charged before we've talked and you've agreed.
  • After 12 weeks, you can stop at the end of any month. No cancellation fee, no exit call.

Not sure yet?

Apply and say so in the last question. If one of my programs or a few months of the Academy would serve you better first, I'll tell you that on the call. You'll have spent half an hour and nothing else.

Training advice is not medical advice. If you have an injury or a medical condition, get cleared by a doctor or physio before starting.
